Help identify two tools

Hello everyone- I was given two tool boxes with several tools inside. I have gone through all of it and added things to my collection and setting aside the junk I don’t need. I came across two different Snap-on tools that I have never seen before and was wondering what they are used for. Thanks for your input. Please see photos below.

Interesting, thanks fellas. Never knew either of those tools existed. I could use the cotter pin removal tool. Probably never ever use the Weatherhead sockets.

If you work on an older car with multiple carburetors they're quire handy.

The second tool is a seal puller from back in the 70-80's. I have two sizes of them and used them on wheel seals and engine/timing cover seals.. They worked very good the offset at the end was to hit with a hammer to force the seal out.

That particular one, by the part number shown in the pic, is listed by SO as a Cotter Pin Puller. Guess like a screwdriver it can have more than 1 use but an actual seal puller may work a bit better than a cotter pin puller.
