Help!! Identify Williams Wrench

I have a 9/16" open end wrench 4 1/2" long. It does not have 9/16 stamped on it, I had to measure it. On the operating end, it has WILLIAMS with the curling S and below that MADE (W in a diamond) USA. On the handle is stamped 602 then SPECIAL(looks like a forge marking).At the end of the handle, a flat has been ground and A2 - 33 has been stamped there. The wrench was found in a bag of original equipment tools that came with a 1929 Model A Ford. However, the Model A manual does not list any such tool. The Williams logo places the wrench in the 1920s. I appreciate any help. I can't get a picture from My Pictures to this site.

Williams made all sorts of special order tools. The wrenches often say "Special" like yours. Sounds like a single open end wrench. There are lots of those out there from industrial applications. Hope you can get a pic up.
