Help identifying a pair of pliers

Long time browser, first post! Today the wife and I was browsing around a antique mall/flea market and I came across these little gems and couldn't resist myself, especially at $1.00! They are stamped "drop forged steel" and "west germany", with no other makers mark or anything. The jaws aren't too worn, and the side cutters are pristine. Google failed me so i thought i would ask my fellow tool addicts

have several labelled oxwall british zone west germany.I think I have three or four not that unusual cheap tools from the 1950s.

I didn't see those on feebay. I did find 2 that are identical with the same stamping and no maker. I like em! Definitely going in my plier drawer!
