Help identifying a toolbox

Ordered this box online at first thinking it may be a proto 9992, but it is definitely not. It looks a lot like the waterloo toolbox below and it has the date code in the left corner of the upper tray: 03-67 so most likely a waterloo. But there’s what appears to be white sticker on the lid so wondering if it was made by Waterloo but for someone else? Found this dragster decal box online and while the details of the boxes are somewhat different the white stripe matches to some extent. All ideas welcome.
Thanks, Nik

I have a craftsman crown logo box that is identical, except it's gray. Also dated 67. After all the years of figuring out the best way to get the necessities from the shed to the driveway for working on my cars, this little 2 drawer box turned into my absolute favorite. Hanset 3/8 and 1/4 socket organizers fit in the top, plus ratchets ext and a lot more. And then you have 2 drawers for wrenches drivers and pliers. I have it loaded heavy for a long time now and it's held up great. Best 5 bucks I ever spent at a garage sale. Plus no one looks at it twice in a junkyard, which is good.
For big jobs I bring a rubber cart with all the other ****. It's also very light empty versus the amount of weight it can standup too. I bought one of the newer craftsman 3 drawers and it is way heavier empty than the older one, to the point you can just make it too heavy to wanna carry.

Vermont american?
Any more details? Don’t seem to find toolboxes with their logo. Maybe not searching right. Thanks

Do you mind sharing some pictures? Agree it’s a great size and single top handle makes it nice for moving around while carrying parts

A Waterloo catalog was posted here recently, possibly from 1975. Here's a screenshot of the two 2 drawer models.

They made a bunch of small boxes with that white racing stripe, several handle styles, no drawers, 1 and 2 drawers

Very cool. Thanks a lot. That catalog definitely helps with the dimensions and weights.
This one fits the dimensions of the JL-22. Also has the removable tray with two compartments for sockets.

I’ll keep looking :)

I have a Waterloo I bought in the late 70's that is very similar. 18-3/4 x 8-1/2 x 9-1/2 and no tote. Top is filled so I can't see the stampings.
