Help identifying box

Picked this up today, needs a little body work then paint. 12" × 14" anyone have an idea of the model number, I can't find a sticker or stamping on it anywhere

Have an old Mac stack I use for specialty tools, it ha two side boxes already so I'm going hang this off the top box

Hahaha, yea luckly I have a few extra handles, badges and slides I've collected over the years just for when I run into boxes like this
