Help identifying Craftsman toolbox?

Morning all. We moved recently, and now that I have a little extra space in my office I'm starting to get back into working on guitars and whatnot. As a result, I dug out this craftsman 4-drawer toolbox to stick my luthier-specific tools in to keep everything seperate from my main garage tool chests.

Got this guy for free some years ago from my father in law; it was used by one of his circuit breaker repair techs at their workstation (those guys were not easy on shop-owned stuff, but this box is in remarkably good shape all things considered). Really all it needs is a good wipedown, some light lubrication on the slides, and maybe some drawer liners. Paint is in fantastic overall shape, no rust and very little damage anywhere. Haven't had a use for it before now, but I'm certain that having an empty toolbox in such good shape is sacrilege somewhere. 😆

Anyway, it's certainly not what I would consider a vintage or super rare box, but I'd love to get some insight as to when it was made. I'm guessing somewhere in the mid 90s to mid 00s based on the friction slides, stick-on craftsman logo and paper tag containing the part number. Drawer pulls are what feel like black anodized aluminum...definitely not plastic. Dimensions are about 20"x8"x14.25". Unfortunately a good chunk of the tag is illegible, and the numbers I can actually read don't turn anything up using google-fu.

Any insights are much appreciated! Thanks all.

Made by Waterloo. Usually the metal is date code stamped in the top section on the floor in the front left corner area. You need to look carefully.
Should have mentioned that I already checked the top area for date codes, and haven't found any as of yet. My '68 Wards/PowrKraft (Remline) chest had some very faint markings stamped in it so I'm used to looking for them, but I will definitely check again. I'm in the process of pulling the drawers and slides out now, so once it's all broken down I'll wipe everything off and give it another once over with the flashlight. Thanks for the reply!

Because some us of us, me in particular, own a bunch of vintage stuff and like knowing the origins and history of what we own. I'm not a Cman expert and I don't think this particular box is all that special, but I figured I'd leverage the considerable experience on this forum and see if anyone had any ideas. Isn't that what forums are all about? Not sure who pissed in your cheerios today but feel free to move along if you have nothing useful to contribute. Thanks.
