Help identifying internal circlip

I need a replacement for this internal circlip that a bearing is pressed against. I assume this maybe metric as it came from Asia.

Can anyone help me identify the size or make in order to purchase a replacement.

Check the dims against the picture at the bottom of the page. You can compress it together to get a sense of how big it is. You can also measure the inside diameter of the hole it has to fit into, and the thickness of the old one.
