Help identifying Kennedy toolbox

How wide is it, 27" or 29"?
Is there not a sticker inside with model number?

I looked though my 1992 catalog and couldn't find anything like it. It must be newer.
There should be a sticker with the model number in one of the drawers. Likely the top drawer on the right hand side.

That doesn't look like any kennedy box I know

Looks like it might be a store brand made by Kennedy for someone else.
The tag inside the drawer may be a good clue.

See the embossed square on the lower right hand corner of the bottom half cover? It may be a JC penny badged kennedy. Pics of drawer slides would certainly narrow it down. Does have most build characteristics of a Kennedy made box.
