I recently bought a couple ignition wrenches at the flea market that have what appears to be the manufacturers brand of:
A circle with a five point star inside with a capital K inside the star.
They are marked MADE IN U.S.A.
The 15/64" x 13/64" also has a capital A, whereas the 17/64" x 19/64" has a capital E.
No pictures since the finish wear makes them difficult to read at only a few inches, never mind in a photo.
