Help identifying old floor jack

I have been searching everywhere to identify the manufacturer of this floor jack that I picked up, but have completely come to a dead end.
There is no indication whatsoever on the jack as to who the manufacturer is but there is a sticker on inside below where cover plate should be: D2C No 805599.
Also, the instructions and warnings label is unique in that is has multiple spelling errors and terrible grammar.
I've posted a picture, if someone knows who this is made by, please reply, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I originally thought that it was a non-USA made jack too. But, I found the engraved letters "TR" on the hydraulic power unit, which I believe is the mark of TR Engineering (a US hydraulic fluid engineering company); I'm not sure how common it is for a foreign manufacturer to use a US company for parts.
