Hi guys. I got this old 1/2" drive ratchet at a garage sale today. It's well made and doesn't appear to be a Chinese brand. It doesn't have any markings on it at all. I tried to find some when I rebuilt it but I couldn't find anything. Any help would be appreciated.

Very interesting ratchet, wouldn't that hub interfere with the socket?

I have found a few unmarked Walden ratchets and sockets. Here is an unmarked 1/4" drive ratchet.

I think the plating is chrome and I believe that it is postwar. Below is an image from a 1944 Walden cat of the 1/4" set and it shows the refrigeration type ratchet. In 1945 the dark finish ratchets may be correct. Here are some shots I posted of my Walden ratchets on Twertsy's thread.
