Help Identifying Pliers

Requesting help identifying these pliers. No visible makers marks. Pliers gifted to me by fellow mechanic who knew I had a few vintage tools. Scuttlebutt is these pliers had been languishing unused in a maintenance shop for many years.Pliers.jpgPliers - Close-up.jpg

They’re either “Button” pliers, or fencing pliers.
It used to be a standard design multiple manufacturers in the USA made.
Utica made the design, and was known for the pliers, and also had flats on the outside of the jaws, whereas some other manufacturers ground the outsides of the jaws concave.
Still, Utica would just be a guess.
