Help Identifying Production Year WM Williams Garden Dibbler

Good Evening,

Was hoping to get help Identifying the production year of this wood and brass garden dibbler bulb planter.
Has wood handle painted green stamped WM Williams Newark N.J. and brass tipped.
Any info, relative catalogues, production date or rough time frame would be helpful.
