Help Identifying Run-out Indicator

Guy I need help identifying which Central Tools runout set that I have. I've been tasked with selling some of my father in laws tools and I cant figure out which set this is. On the manual it lists multiple set numbers. My first thought is that it was the 6454 set but then started to second guess myself.
