Bought these for 5$ locally, cleaned them up a bit.Anyways I can’t figure out what year this was made.I can’t seem to find the symbol that’s on the tool anywhere in the snap on chart

They look to be in really good shape for their age. I can't help you but maybe the guys in the vintage tool section on here can.

Snap On Vacuum Grip. Vacuum Grip was a separate company who made those prior to being acquired by SO if I remember correctly. Please double check for accuracy
