Help identifying Snap-on Torque-o-meter

Found this at a pawn auction today and can't seem to find a model that has this light on it. It only turns on when the torque requirement is met. Any help?.

Can't remember off hand but I think I had one with a 3? digit code on the reverse that turned out to be the month and date (maybe coincidence). Example: 6-75

Maybe it helps narrow down, date it?
