help identifying this floor jack so I can rebuild

yes, I have a floor jack here that was my girlfriend‘s dad‘s were trying to rebuild. Cannot find any model number on. It did find 5G as in the pictures on the handle lower base of it but trying to find out what model make it is to get rebuild kit thank you aheadimage.jpg

I suspect that a few floor jacks look the same but that looks close to my Japan made Craftsman floor jack from about 1981 but in a different color #328.12002

when I look at the schematics on the 328-12002 there’s just a couple of differences in this one i’m gonna send some more pictures of the blockimage.jpg

The "MVP" on the hydraulic block would most likely indicate MVP by Shinn Fu America.

I think your best bet is to call Hydraulic Parts Supply in Sawyer KS, (620) 594-2247. You may need a caliper to measure for seals.
