Got this tool as part of a tool lot today. Does anyone know the manufacturer? Cannot make out the stamping. Thanks

I've got a pair exactly like those among a bunch of rarely used stuff. I'm sure the imprints are quite visible. Gotta dig them out and take a few photos...
