Help identifying this motor

This is the plate on the motor, but I can't seem to quite find the exact model number that matches it. It was used at a printing press for something, but I'm not sure what.

Anybody have some ideas?

From what I can tell, it's a DC motor, but that's about all I know, never having worked with them before.
