Hi everybody and thanks in advance for any information. I have never seen a a tool like this nor can find any information about it. (As I don't know how to search it)

There was a Dr N.A. Cary in 1925, who presented at a conference in Spokane on Tumors of the bone.

Looking at the tool, almost looks like a spoke wrench.

Not turning up much on Rittenberger Oakland yet.

Here is a link to that brief discussion in which 3Bay posted photos of his tool and suggests it is for bending iron in prosthetics. That might tie into RTM's searching as well.

I also found something like that and converted it to a straightening tool for bicycle brake calipers.
