Help identifying this transmission jack.

Hey guys- I just picked up this DAYTON 1/2 ton telescopic transmission jack. Overall it’s in pretty good shape, works as it should. Naturally the manufacturer label is scuffed up and the model number is missing. I’d like to see if a rebuild kit is available (when the time comes). I did a search on line but nothing that was an exact match. It has a unique foot pedal to pump it up and bellow that is a U shaped bracket for the dump valve.
Any help is appreciated!
