I picked this wrench set up this morning at the local flea market. I've never found an old set with the original holder before. I can't make out who the manufacture is so I thought I would reach out to see if anyone could help me identify it.:dunno:

Here's the wrenches and a close-up of the holder. There's no markings on the wrenches.

Is the top word Volume?
I think you may be right on that, 3eeb - and, it seems to match the model number ("No. VU"). As in, "V" for "Volume" and "U" for "Unfinished". Perhaps No. VC would be chrome-plated, etc.

Here's the wrenches and a close-up of the holder.
Thanks. The wrenches look like Vlchek to me. The shape of the holder kinda sorta looks like Vlchek to me, too, and they were fond of different model numbers based on finish (unfinish, "Velco" - which was cadmium, nickel-plated, etc), but I am not familiar with them selling a "Volume" brand, and there's no moel No. VU (or any other V_) in any of their 30's cats.
