Hello everyone. I would appreciate any help identifying the maker of this or anything else about it. It's pretty beat up LOL

Thank you for the reply. I'm looking at the bottom drawer of the top box and all I can make out is the word tools but I cannot make out the letters in front of it. It's so worn off. It does look very much like the photo you sent, but it definitely doesn't say proto on that drawer. So I'm confused LOL. But thank you for the reply

That would certainly make sense as they are so similar. I'm just trying to find out more about it as I want to sell it and have no idea what it's worth in this rough condition. All the drawers open though LOL

I think Waterloo. It could have been badged as S-K, New Britain, NAPA, or any number of other brands, but made by Waterloo of Iowa. Not especially high quality but not terrible. In good condition maybe worth $100. Adjust for condition.

If you closely look at the magnified image of the top box, you will see __ TOOLS. This is MAC TOOLS

Found this on the net - the top box is somewhat similar design except middle top drawer is larger. I would search around internet to see if they made different models...

My guess is made by Waterloo for different brandsMAC1.jpg
