Help identifying tools - setting tools??

Are these for hammering in concrete anchors? I did some install work in embassies years ago and used wall anchors, but they were self drilling and we'd snap them off so the threads were flush with the wall. I've never seen these tools, but makes sense to be able to still get the job done if you have no power.

In addition to the Shure Set device, I have "Rawl" (think I recognize that name from the anchors I used overseas) and "Paine"

The metal arbors are for setting anchors once they are in the hole. It drives the wedge down and expands it to lock the anchors in the concrete. The plastic tool with pin is to manually drive pin type anchors without a pilot hole. I used to see them used by Bell telephone installers working in concrete block installations.
