Hi, Im going thru my Fathers old tools and I came across these tools and Im not sure what they are. The top one has nothing stamped on it and the bottom one you can see in the photo. I was hoping someone could let me know what they are used for. Thank you

The basin wrench may be broken. The jaw should have a spring pushing it closed, so that it is opened after you slide it over a pipe.

I was going to say the second one looks like part of a piston ring compression tool.

I'm no plumber, but own a pair of basic wrenches (an 11 inch and a 15 inch) to get at those buried faucet nuts. Covers Comapny brand - old old company of quality tools.

I had to go dig mine out. It doesn't have a spring. You know you're having fun when you pull these out. ;)

Unless you have a classic car, the door handle spring tool is useless. I have one and have used it twice since I got rid of my old van. Once in a blue moon it will help you grab something in a tight place.

I've got tools like that, and some are Chicago Specialties brand. Buried in my "plumbing" box which I pray I NEVER have to use!

I have this 4-way wrench by Covers, though. Don't even know how to use it!
