Help Identifying Torque Wrench

Hello,

This is my first post here and I’m hoping to get someone to identify this torque wrench. I recently got it as part of a Snap On tool lot I purchased but I have no idea what brand it is. There are zero markings on it other than the symbol I have included below. It is a standard 0-150 ft. lbs., 1/2 drive, clicker style, torque wrench. It very well may be an “el cheapo” that was just thrown in but even they usually have some sort of branding. Any ideas?

It has the given name of that prolific inventor on it: Pat Pending.
