Help identifying vintage Snap-on box.

I know the top is a KRA61B made in 1968. I can't find ANY stamping on the bottom box.

It's a KRA 307.

I have a similar bottom box that has the same badge style script and same drawer pulls and the date is '64. It's the type with the pull down tambour door that cover the drawers.

Right there. I have the same box from '74 and that's where the stamp is. Don't know why I didn't see it before.
