Help ID'ing Mac Tool- Carburetor tool?

Can anyone help me identify this tool? It is about two feet long. Turning the knob at the top spins the flat head at the far end. I think it is for adjusting carburetors?

Yep, carb adjusting tool. From back when you could actually adjust them.
