Help IDing Parts to Make Test Bench

Hi Guys, I am looking at expanding my testing equipment with a backflushing setup. I have attached a picture of a backflush holding tool I would like to make. It is not availbie for purchase separately, only as a complete machine, which I do not need ($10,000). I'm looking for the spring plunger deal in particular.
