Does anyone know what these are? The only identifying marks is that it says K-Line Ind. Holland Mich. on the flat part. They are both exactly the same. I got these in a bin of mixed automotive tools so I assume they are for car repairs. Thanks.

Head holder. This type is very handy when doing valve spring replacement.

They don't look like hand tools themselves. Based on their appearance and the kind of equipment K-line makes, they're parts to a larger piece of equipment. K-Line has an online catalog that you can research to see if you can find what they go to. I'd suspect they're pretty much worthless without the highly specialized machinery they belong to.

Thanks for the help.

How about this set of what looks to me like bushing drivers. No brand name, just the numbers shown.

How big around are they, 5/8" to 1" or so? If so, I suspect they are part of the tooling to install wrist pins in connecting rods. Probably made by Sunnen.
