Help iD'ing this floor jack

Hi Folks,

I need help ID this floor jack and if its worth picking up for $100. Also I've never seen a foot lever thing on a jack before, any insight on its purpose?

New here so if this post has a better home please let me know so I can get it moved.

Looks like an ancient but decent old jack. $100? hell no

That's what is for. One of my jacks that size and both of my big ones have a foot pedal. Some of them work for lifting especially if the jack is oversized because you loose the leverage of the longer handle, others the foot pedal is only meant to get it to the load faster.

That handle looks awfully short - is it missing the upper half? Nope, not for $100 - if the other half of the handle is available, maybe $40.
