A Gerstner would have a different front cover finger pull, one you stick your finger into to hook out the panel with. But, could you open the top? The mirror shape can help. Also, have you checked here https://sites.google.com/site/theguideforwoodmachinistchests/home ?

The chest you have pictured and ask about is not a Gerstner chest. In order for us to help, you’d need to post quite a few more pictures and tell us what the accurate width, height and depth dimensions are, within +/- 1/8”. A side picture of the drawers extended about halfway and a picture of the drawer guides inside the cabinet are also required.
Do you know what factory the picture with all the tool chests was taken in? I’d sure like to know and possibly add it to ‘The’ Guide.
