My dad and I are working on a remodel project and we ran into an issue.

We have power to a junction box which is now under drywall. Then we have one run that tests good and we have power to the outlets. On the other run from the junction box we have an outlet that tests "open neutral". The odd part is the one of the other two romex coming into the box tests positive for power.

We are using a sperry outlet tester which is saying "open neutral".

Thoughts on what to check next or ideas what our issue could be?

Here is a diagram.

What do you mean "under drywall?" All boxes need to be accessible.

Check connections, If you used back stab outlets the neutral could be loose.
