I purchased 4 Lithonia High Bay lights for my shop. The lights will be in the middle of two 3way switches. After calling the manufactuer due the wiring instruceions on the box, did not match what the fixture had (black, white, red wires). the red wire is actually linked to a gray wire. Tech support stated to connect the Red (gray) wire to the black wire in order for the lights to have full power. My experience in this area is limited and I don't want to burn up the light. I need to stay with in my budget or I would hire someone to complete this project. I attached a pic of the ballast and diagram. Thanks for the help.

Hook the gray to the black, that's what the diagram says to have 100% light level. You can put a switch on the gray to switch between high and low level lighting. An open gray gives you low.
