Most of the time the people in charge recognize the name Craftsman as being the good quality top priced items but are unfamiliar with Proto, New Britain, Diamond, Starrett, etc. and those are less $$$
I know Shiftless, but still 80 is super expensive for pliers. I guess I should go back and see if that price was for 12 or something!

Looks like 1945 - 1979 at least, per google booksI grabbed some other crimpers at the same time. They're not the same brand, but the title doesn't include T&B, so I'll indulge in sharing them too. BURNDY HYTOOL is not a brand I'd heard of. Can someone "Help me date and know more about them please?" : p
