So, I have a number of hydraulic lifts and tools...in ground double scissor, above ground portable scissor, rolling lift table, porto power body tool, and press. Eventually maybe a parking lift. Right now I've got 3 discrete electric pumps, and two air over hydraulic pumps. I'd prefer not to.

Is there a (not super expensive) way to have one hydraulic pump & reservoir operate all these devices? Similar to what you see on a flatbed tow truck or a pice of farm/construction equipment. My goal here is to regain space in a small garage, and eliminating these extra devices and putting them into cold storage helps with that goal.

It seems like we've solved this problem with air, we should be able to solve it with fluid...I'd love to have a hydraulic distribution system like a shop air distribution system.

sure you could use just one pump to do all, just size it for the largest load
on the others you can put pressure reliefs at the units plumbed in to the return.
you will need pressure piping (would go with 5Kpsi) and flexible connections.
A supply tank and some controls and you are set

oh and might want to think about a cooler on return side, but a large tank will work for this as well
sounds like a fun project
