Help me find similar pipe clamps cheaper?

I am designing a rotatable engine stand for servicing and rebuilding Vespa motors, and found these ingenious pipe clamps to make it happen:

But I can only find one way to purchase these, and it's via a norwegian distributor. I was planning on maybe selling these on to fellow Vespa enthusiats, but at a total price of $150 for only the clamps I need for one stand (two of the first one, one of the last), I think I will have a hard time selling a single one of these stands..

So I need help finding similar, only cheaper clamps somewhere else, preferably straight from the manufacturer, but any ideas are greatly appreciated!

Just Google "flanged connector clamps" many hits, including J.W. Winco for $28. Don't know how bad shipping would get you.

Do you have any fabrication skills? These should be pretty easy to make...
