help me find some pliers

I has a lube tech hand me some pliers that are used for removing fuel filters on the Sprinter van.

Etched in tha handle was miller # 9539
Stamped in the head was Hazet 798-2

So this means that Miller/SPX has re-branded it. With that aside, does anyone here know of a less expensive alternative/alternate brand? Remember, this guy is a lube tech & his budget is tight.

They're just Clic/Clic-R pliers. I paid £10 for mine.

Hazet 738-2 is a hose clamp plier
