HELP ME find these hose clamp pliers

Found this informal video as I am in the market hose clamp pliers.

At the end of the video he shows a vise grip hose clamp. Easy to lock, seal and unlock. I was going to get craftsman but they say it is difficult to unlock!

I looked all over and the only ones that come are are Irwin's and they are not the design I want. Someone commented in the video to identify those and he never responded.

Those sure look like Harbor Freight to me. Guy sells them on his own website for $22 - if he wants to make money at that price, it's Chinese; you can get them from Neiko and other Pittsburgh-clone brands online. $15 at HF.

If you want a first-world tool, Grip-On #139-10 is their pinch off plier.

Thanks kinda leery of HF tools, some are good, some are bad. I want Craftsman but people said hard to release and bust knuckles.

I will.search the grip ons. Hope they don't cost an ARM and leg. Speciality tools tend to do so.

What I like about the Grip-on is the locking thumb screw nut on the lead screw--there is no accidental release like normal vise grip type.

Go to the website and ask where the locking pliers are made--they look different than the HF items.
www.mercedessource.com. I don't have the exact pair of Grip-on 139-10 but a similar locking pliers from Snap-on which are made by Grip-on and use them to pinch hoses.

They say Pittsburgh right on them, so I'm fairly confident that they're from HF.

realistically why not find a comfortable pair that you own already and drill a hole in each finger of the vise grips then bend some stronger sheetmetal to the length and width you want then pop rivet them on.

You must have better bifocals than I have. A couple of guys I work with use these type from S•K that have similar pivoting jaws but I've never used them:

If you look at the larger picture you can make out the "burgh" pretty easy, the rest you figure out once you know what to look for.

Thanks for the clarity bw the two, seems like HF it is.

That SK is same as the Craftsman but users complain of knuckle busting release.

On to the next topic since we are all here...what pliers do you prefer when taking off the actual clamps...I use vise grip, arc joints or pliers.

Are actual hose clamps that worth it? If so what do you guys recommend (I see they have ones with the cups at the end or regular pliers with slits in them? I the cups seem better b/c they can lock into place...
