I picked this up a few weeks ago and finally getting to do something with it. But what is it? I can find no names anywhere. Also to Hiball. If you see this do you have parts for it?

Needless to say it does not work. However all parts appear to move freely so I do have hopes for it. I think there is a (serial?) number near the base of the handle under the rust.

I wondered about that. Good job the price was right. Free.

I've got another one only more rust you can have if you want.

What does the rebuild kit consist of? Do all parts appear to be standard of the shelf items?
Also if the instructions are useful I would appreciate a copy.

PM me your email address and I will send the manual (it's only a couple pages) I scanned it to PDF, basically a parts schematic and a page on instructions/maintenance...the kit is just a few o-rings, likely off the shelf items.

The brand on mine is Olympia Industrial #16-130, but I am sure there are many re-brands...
