Help me ID this machinist chest

So I picked up this no name machinist chest of eBay for around £18 (around $32) which is cheap for a box of this size, the build quality doesn't seen bad and only the lid has some very light surface rust, but i can't seem to find a part number anywhere so anyone know what this mystery box is? Only the locks say Cheney but their a pretty standard lock for lots of different appliances of that time.

That's a new one by me, slides and all. Very seldom do you see that 7 drawer layout with the top drawers flipped about the vertical support.

The common config is 2 drawers on the left, 3 on the right, as seen below.

Oh I see, I guess they didn't get this knockoff quite right then lol, what would you say it's worth out of interest?

I don't know in your market. Yours appears to be missing the front cover. Plus I'm not a fan of those types of boxes so my opinion is a bit skewed.
