Available but seems a bit pricey to me but I like the look of it. Asking $99 and I wondered if it is something special?

Looks like a rem line tool chest to me. Rem line boxes are pretty nice boxes not as good as a similar vintage snap on but very nice boxes and will last many years if not overly abused.

How bout this?

Powr Kraft?

Looks like that nailed it.

Most Powr Kraft tools I have or had seem to be OK quality. I have several Powr Kraft wrenches and they are holding up just fine. Probably worth a drive over to see the box and what is in it.

I think it is a remline, based on the badge on the lower left. Kinda hard to see though. I believe the same person made the power kraft pictured above. From what I have seen they are pretty nice boxes. Not sure I would pay $100 for just a top box. If it was in fantastic condition, with the keys, and I really needed it, maybe, but... I try to average $40-$60 for top boxes and $60-$110 for bottom boxes, but I am cheap and patient.

Are the tools included? If so, then you may have a gold mine

I think Rem line made at least some of the PK boxes. They are good solid boxes in line with the best of the older Craftsman boxes of that era.
