Help me ID this Ullman tool...

Ive racked my brain trying to figure this one out.
I thought maybe it was to start spark plugs. But that was a no-go.
The shaft is a flexible spring and the tip is hollow rubber. No magnets anywhere.

I believe it was made as a specialty tool.
I contacted the company, and they basically said they never made it.


Its model SP-250.

That was my first guess too.
I tried it on some plugs. It didnt fit.

I'm guessing it's an older version of their 6F/6FL

If that was the case, they would have made a bunch of them.
Ullman has no record of this tool.

Carb Adjustment tool?

I had thought of this too, but they are different.

I found it with other mechanic tools from the 60/70's.

It remains a mystery.
