I have an open end 9/16" wrench mfd by J.H. Williams. On the wrench is stamped WILLIAMS with the curving S,MADE (Diamond W) USA. From what I can find, this places it in the early 1920s. Now comes the kicker, I can't find this wrench in any of the listed J.H Williams sources. The wrench is 4 1/2" long. There is no size stamped on the jaws of the wrench. I measured the 9/16". On the handle of the wrench is stamped 602 SPECIAL(this looks like a factory mark) then there is a flat ground on the last inch of the handle which is stamped A 2 - 3 3. The wrench was in a bag of original equipment tools that came with a 1929 Ford Model A my father had owned in the past. However , the wrench does not appear on any list of Ford tools. I will appreciate any ideas.
