Help me identify an old Snap-On chest

Hello....am trying to identify a vintage SO combo. Was originally owned by the father of an elderly friend. I did not find any markings on it, but maybe I'm not looking in the right places....

Model #s?

Any idea what this might be valued at?

Looks like the top box might have been painted a darket red at some point.

Well I don't know much but I think the top box you have is much older than the bottom one. Also not certain it is a Snap-on.
