Help me identify Craftsman sockets

Did my internet search to no avail. Figured this is where the experts are. Just bought these from ebay. Not a huge deal, but these are supposedly new but look a little "vintage". Not valuable vintage, but just not "new". These are a laser etched, 12 pt, metric socket set. The markings say S-AE, but probably don't refer to SAE vs. metric, but a series number. Any ideas about what year they are from, or if they are even actual Craftsman? Thanks.

Laser etched and easy to read is more recent. If no USA marking, the its at least four to three years old

I am not exactly sure but I think the SAE stamping means that they were made in China. The socket in the picture is a metric socket so it cannot be an SAE socket.

Metric sockets always had the vertical ribbing.

The S-AE stamp would be a date code. This code is not listed in the date code thread, either here or at GarageGazette. The closest listing is in the updated GG thread :
S-AA = likely Danaher, ca. 2012 - ?, China made, Impact Sockets
I suspect that this is a newer version from the same source.

You should post this on the Date Code Thread to see if it gets added to the list.

I previously read the list on the first post but didn't get much further until just now. Don't want to be the guy that asks a question already asked on the thread. I read it through and all signs point to factory in China "S", manufactured in 2015 "AE". Pretty cut and dry and no further intrigue. Thanks all for the comments guys. I knew I was coming to the right place. You guys were a lot faster than I expected.
