Help me identify my new to me compressor

Like the title states I need some help figuring out what compressor I have here. It has a 1 HP Baldor single phase motor on it that's not original. Here are some pictures the only numbers I can find are B40-190 and 14195 a web search turns nothing up. Thanks for the help!

I believe it is a PAR compressor. No idea where you would find any info or parts for it.

Reminds me of a Worthington pump I saw a long time ago.
