Help me identify these unmarked pliers

I found these at a flea market a while back. I was smitten with the pattern on the handles but couldn’t find any markings except for the “made in USA”. Any guesses? Does the pattern offer any clues? They’re pretty beefy and I use them often.

They look like early Utica's

The handle pattern looks like Pexto(Peck,Stowe,and Wilcox]

Could they be unbranded Pexto's made for someone else? Did they do that?

I have pliers like those. Many years ago was a common type of plier. No idea who made them and it may not be something that can be known. I think I have seen them called pipe fitter's pliers. They may predate the electrification of America because we had gas pipes in homes back then that went to gas lights all thru the house.

They certainly look old.

I'd bet the pentagon rivet in the middle is a dead giveaway unless they are made for Chrysler, unfortunately, I only have so many pliers, and none have that.
