Help me identify this old vise--junkyard find

Well, apparently I'm developing an old vise fascination. I have another thread going about my Wilton 645 restore, and today I found this thing while poking around. I'm going to offer about $10 based on the horrible condition. Can anyone help me identify the maker? It's a heavy little sucker!

I think that vise is either a Montgomery Ward or Stanley. Other members will be here soon to confirm.
