Can you identify this table saw for me?
The add says it was only used a few times.
He's asking $350, what's a fair price?

Not sure, but the round logo almost looks like ShopSmith. I don't think they made a stand alone table saw?

I thought the same exact thing...
He said he paid $1,400 for it, "new"...

It is a Shopsmith Sawsmith 2000. It was only made for a few years. Might be difficult to get parts for. You may be better off with an old Craftsman or other more common saw. I see them all the time on CL for $100 - $200.
